We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Finance & Operations Assistant that supports our team in part-time (10-20hrs/week)
Finance & Invoicing – You’ll be primarily responsible for creating and sending invoices, following up on outstanding payments, preparing all invoice documents for our accountants, and handling bank accounts and company credit cards.
Event Support – You’ll contribute to the planning and execution of internal team events and assist with the organization of external activities such as trade fairs and client-facing events.
Office Management – You’ll help ensure a smooth and well-equipped work environment by supporting hardware and software purchases and keeping our office and kitchen stocked with essential supplies.
Project Assistance – You’ll help manage ad hoc projects as they come up, ensuring timelines are met.
Travel Coordination – You’ll assist in arranging travel for the sales and management teams, and help manage the associated expense claims and documentation.

You will work in a centrally located, open-plan office with a lot of natural light and space in a renovated factory building. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with big dining tables, isolated phone/video-call booths, meeting and focus rooms, and a relaxation area.
We offer a salary, starting at 23.240 EUR gross per year based on 20 hrs/week.
